This Privacy Policy explains what Woodworking & Construction Calculators (the “Site”) does and does not collect. The calculators themselves run in your browser from static pages. We do not operate user accounts or a server-side customer database.

2. Amazon Associates disclosure

As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

Some “recommended gear” links may be Amazon affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Amazon and other merchants process those clicks under their own privacy policies.

3. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with a Consent Mode cookie banner. Non-essential cookies and the GA4 script are loaded only if you click Accept All. If you click Decline, we do not load Google Analytics. Calculators, navigation and affiliate links keep working either way.

The banner stores your choice in the browser under the key wwcc-cookie-consent (localStorage), not as a tracking cookie.

Until you accept, Consent Mode v2 sets analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization to denied. After Accept All we grant analytics_storage only. Advertising storage stays denied because this Site does not run Google Ads tags.

4. What we do not collect by default

We do not ask for your name, email or payment details to use a calculator. Contacting us by email is optional and separate from using the calculators.

5. Legal bases

Analytics cookies and Google Analytics 4 run only with your consent. You can withdraw it by clearing site data for this domain, then choosing Decline if the banner appears again. Essential operation of the calculators does not require that consent.

6. Processors and transfers

If you accept analytics, Google acts as a processor/controller of that analytics data under Google’s terms. Data may be processed in the United States or other countries. We do not sell personal information.

7. Affiliate links

Clicks on recommended products may be tracked by the destination merchant or affiliate network (including Amazon) so a commission can be paid. That tracking is outside this Site once you leave.

8. Children

The Site is not directed at children. Do not use it to submit anyone’s personal data.

9. Your rights

Depending on your country, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal data, or to withdraw consent. Write to contact@rafalstyblinski.pl. Because we do not run accounts, you can also decline analytics, clear localStorage, and use tracking protection.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Related terms are in the Terms of Service.
